Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events (virtual, hybrid, and occasionally on-site support for local events) from conception to completion.

  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform setup (for virtual events), marketing materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and participants, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Required Skills
