  • Efficiently route inquiries to the appropriate internal departments or specialists.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Assist with scheduling initial consultations or follow-up appointments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
