Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common office spaces.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Manage visitor log and issue temporary access badges when necessary.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendor services and facility-related inquiries.
  • Handle basic IT troubleshooting or direct issues to appropriate personnel.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (minimum 1 year).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
