Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Help prepare instructional materials, set up equipment, and organize the classroom.
- Reinforce positive behavior and classroom rules consistently and fairly.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to the lead teacher.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
- Assist students with personal care needs if required, following school policies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with students, staff, and parents.
- Perform administrative tasks such as taking attendance or distributing materials.
