Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews for candidates and hiring teams across various departments and time zones.
- Manage and maintain calendars for interviewers and candidates, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize conflicts.
- Draft and send professional interview invitations, confirmations, and essential reminders to all participants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling inquiries, providing clear and prompt communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, offering alternative times and solutions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and interview statuses within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide timely and concise updates to recruiters and hiring managers on interview progress and any changes.
- Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as required to support the broader recruitment team.
- Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the interview process.
