Job Description
Are you a creative wordsmith with a passion for digital engagement and a knack for nurturing online communities? Yorkshire Digital, a dynamic and forward-thinking digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Remote Newsletter Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a remote environment and possesses a keen understanding of email marketing best practices, content strategy, and audience segmentation.
As our Remote Newsletter Coordinator, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and delivering valuable content directly to our diverse audience segments. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our email communications, from conceptualization and content creation to scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis. Your primary goal will be to enhance subscriber engagement, drive traffic to our digital assets, and support overall marketing objectives for Yorkshire Digital and, occasionally, for our clients. This role demands a proactive approach to staying updated with email marketing trends, tools, and regulations.
In this pivotal remote role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing strategists, content creators, and graphic designers to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all email campaigns. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just a sender, but a strategist – someone who can identify trends, suggest innovative approaches, and continuously optimize our newsletter strategy based on data-driven insights. You’ll manage subscriber lists, segment audiences effectively, conduct A/B testing on various elements, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
We understand that a truly effective newsletter goes beyond mere promotion; it’s about building relationships and providing genuine value. Your creativity in developing engaging subject lines, crafting persuasive calls-to-action, and presenting information in an accessible and visually appealing manner will be key to your success. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong command of the English language, with a proven track record in email marketing, we encourage you to apply. Join us and help shape the voice and reach of Yorkshire Digital, all from the comfort and flexibility of your remote workspace.
