Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the new hire onboarding process from offer acceptance to the first day.
  • Prepare and distribute welcome packets, essential new hire paperwork, and orientation materials.
  • Schedule and confirm virtual onboarding meetings, training sessions, and introductory calls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
  • Assist with the completion and verification of employment eligibility documents (e.g., I-9 forms).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within our HR information systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless integration for new team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite.
