Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary remote point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated client portfolio.
  • Proactively engage clients to understand their HR, payroll, and benefits needs and recommend optimal Paychex solutions.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of services.
  • Provide expert consultation on compliance, best practices, and effective utilization of Paychex platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Conduct virtual client meetings and presentations, maintaining strong relationship health.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with client goals.
