Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Performance Review Analyst to join our dynamic team, based remotely within the Camberley, Surrey region. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing the operational efficiency and strategic outcomes across various departments and projects within Plexus Cotton. As a Remote Performance Review Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust performance review methodologies, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data related to individual, team, and departmental outputs. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex information into clear, compelling reports and presentations that inform management decisions and support strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR, operations, and leadership teams, to understand performance objectives, define key metrics, and develop performance benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement performance review frameworks and methodologies for various departments and initiatives.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify performance trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, departmental heads, and senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs or process improvements identified through performance reviews.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in performance management and analytical tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all performance metrics and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical role.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex data into practical insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
