Job Description
Workday is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Platform Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting our clients across the UK from Westminster, London. In this remote-first role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients maximize the value of their Workday platform, fostering strong relationships, and acting as a primary point of contact for operational support and guidance. You will work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs, provide proactive assistance, and facilitate their journey to optimal platform utilization. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote contact for a portfolio of Workday customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their platform usage, identify pain points, and provide solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule platform training sessions, webinars, and workshops for client users.
- Assist clients with basic platform inquiries, troubleshooting, and navigation, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor client health and usage metrics, identifying at-risk accounts and collaborating with Customer Success Managers on mitigation strategies.
- Help clients adopt new features and functionalities, ensuring they leverage the full potential of their Workday investment.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday's products and services.
- Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

- Previous experience with Workday products or other enterprise HR/Finance platforms.
- Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid work model.
- Knowledge of HR or Financial management processes.
