Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to Project Managers as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, alerting Project Managers to discrepancies.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of contract resources for specific projects.
- Utilize project management software to update tasks, status, and collaborate with teams.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within project coordination.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Proven experience working in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
