Job Description

This crucial role provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing complex calendars effectively.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters.
  • Assist with onboarding, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain organized digital recruitment files and documentation.
  • Support recruiters with job posting management and candidate inquiries.
  • Generate recruitment reports and participate in HR projects.
  • Adhere to all company policies and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years administrative support experience, preferably in HR/recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting.
  • High discretion with confidential information.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Experience with specific ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices.
  • Prior experience in a fully remote role.
