Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview schedules, including sending invitations and reminders.
  • Draft and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering queries.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and pipeline status.
  • Research new sourcing techniques and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
