Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) that is engaging, original, and relevant to our brand and audience.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales, building community and brand loyalty.
- Oversee the design of social media content to ensure brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
- Analyze social media campaign performance, report on key metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align social media strategy with overall business goals.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and targeting effectively.
- Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role with a strong focus on brand promotion.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
