Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via email, chat, and phone, resolving basic software issues and guiding them through functionalities.
  • Accurately document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support specialists or relevant internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and provide user feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and changes in our software to provide accurate and current support.
  • Create and maintain user-facing knowledge base articles and internal documentation to streamline support processes.
  • Assist with user onboarding and training on basic software features and best practices.

Required Skills
