Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Sourcing Assistant to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal remote role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for our diverse client portfolio across various industries. As a Remote Sourcing Assistant, you will be the initial touchpoint for many potential candidates, requiring a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to research.

Your daily activities will involve leveraging a variety of innovative sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, internal databases, and professional networking sites, to pinpoint qualified individuals who align with our clients’ unique requirements. You will be instrumental in crafting engaging outreach messages, managing candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from the very first interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial candidate research using various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases).
  • Assist in creating compelling outreach messages and sequences to engage passive candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and CRM systems (e.g., ATS) with accurate information.
  • Support recruiters by scheduling initial screening calls and managing calendars efficiently.
  • Perform market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and industry trends.
  • Generate reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline status, and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to understand specific role requirements and client needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with recruitment best practices and privacy regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to synthesize information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a sourcing, recruiting, or administrative support role.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and employer branding strategies.
