As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our recruitment engine running efficiently, from managing candidate correspondence to scheduling interviews and maintaining our applicant tracking system. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers with various administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and send timely communications to candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interview notes.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial resume screening and candidate outreach for entry-level positions.
- Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-employment checks.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating necessary logistics and documentation.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the creation of recruitment reports and data analysis.
- Participate in ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
