Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Talent Partner to join our dynamic HR team, based remotely within the Croydon, London area. As a crucial member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Capita’s future by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various business units. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, especially in a remote-first environment. You will be responsible for partnering closely with hiring managers, advising them on best practices, market trends, and talent strategies to ensure we attract candidates who not only possess the required skills but also align with Capita’s values and culture. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management will be essential in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience. Beyond transactional recruitment, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, diversity & inclusion efforts, and process improvements, continuously enhancing our talent acquisition capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide market insights, and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Advise and guide hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and selection decisions.
  • Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, showcasing Capita as an employer of choice through compelling storytelling and online presence.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in recruitment practices, ensuring fair and unbiased hiring processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition process improvements, tools, and strategies.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a large corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different business functions.
  • Demonstrable experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques.
  • Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or similar enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting within the professional services, technology, or BPO sectors.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS).
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment and analytics to inform decisions.
