Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the underwriting team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service level agreements.
- Accurately process and manage all underwriting documentation, including proposals, quotes, binders, endorsements, and policy renewals.
- Maintain meticulous client and policy data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist underwriters in preparing risk analyses, compiling necessary information, and generating reports to support underwriting decisions.
- Act as a point of contact for routine enquiries from brokers and internal departments, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Ensure all underwriting activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support the policy issuance process, including data entry, quality control, and distribution of policy documents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the underwriting support function, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
