GCB Bank Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Remote Website Listing Compliance Checker to join our growing digital operations team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the quality and accuracy of all website listings, promotional content, product descriptions, and regulatory disclosures displayed on our various digital platforms.
As a Remote Website Listing Compliance Checker, you will be responsible for systematically reviewing and verifying all publicly accessible content on GCB Bank’s websites and affiliated digital channels. Your primary objective will be to identify any discrepancies, non-compliance with internal policies, industry regulations (e.g., Bank of Ghana directives, data protection laws), and general best practices for online content. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team’s objectives. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all information presented to our customers and the public is accurate, current, compliant, and reflective of GCB Bank’s high standards. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from your home in Wa, Upper West, while being an integral part of a forward-thinking financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, thorough reviews of GCB Bank's official websites and digital platforms to ensure all listings, content, and disclosures comply with internal policies, brand guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and currency of information displayed, including product features, interest rates, terms and conditions, contact details, and promotional offers.
- Identify and report any instances of non-compliance, misinformation, grammatical errors, broken links, or inconsistencies in content.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and product teams to clarify compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance checks, identified issues, and resolutions using designated tracking systems.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant banking regulations, digital content guidelines, and industry best practices to proactively inform content strategies.
- Assist in the development and refinement of compliance checklists and review processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback on content creation to ensure initial drafts meet compliance standards.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
