Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, and floors.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a streak-free shine.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other household items.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance needs, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisor when supplies are low.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to client-specific requests and preferences while maintaining efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Knowledge of safe handling and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
