Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of daily recreational activities for resort guests, including games, crafts, sports, and social events.
- Greet guests warmly, provide clear instructions for activities, and ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of activity equipment and venues, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.
- Promote daily activities and special events to guests through engaging interactions, informational displays, and social media channels.
- Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries regarding resort activities, local attractions, and general resort information.
- Monitor guest participation and gather feedback to continuously improve activity offerings and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences and support overall operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the well-being of guests and staff during all activities.
