Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process payments, manage cash float, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Provide detailed information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions in York.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, concierge) to ensure seamless guest service.
- Operate multi-line phone systems and handle internal and external communications.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
