Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and guest relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across various resort areas, including common spaces, guest rooms, and recreational facilities.
  • Support food and beverage operations, including serving guests, setting up dining areas, and assisting with kitchen duties as needed.
  • Coordinate with different departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, recreation) to ensure guest requests are met efficiently.
  • Handle guest luggage and belongings with care, assisting with transportation within the resort premises.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the resort.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering strong teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall resort operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Yoruba, Igbo) is a plus.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
