Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or missing items, reporting findings promptly to management.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest laundry and linen services in accordance with resort policies.
- Support dining services or event setups as needed, ensuring all areas are neat and prepared.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
