Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead daily recreational activities for guests of all ages, including sports, games, and cultural workshops.
- Interact warmly and professionally with guests, anticipating their needs and providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist in the coordination of resort events, themed nights, and entertainment programs.
- Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and excursions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Maintain activity equipment and areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Contribute fresh ideas for new activities and guest engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or recreational activities (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (Creole is a plus)
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
