Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead a variety of daily recreational and entertainment activities for guests of all ages.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests participating in activities, adhering to all resort safety protocols.
  • Interact positively and professionally with guests, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and maintain activity equipment and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and fully functional.
  • Promote resort activities and special events to guests, encouraging participation and engagement.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback efficiently and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events and activities.
  • Monitor activity areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.
