In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and payments, managing cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front counter area. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked cash register area, front counter, and dining space.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and services with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Ensure accurate cash balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation as needed, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and making change.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a strong desire to serve.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
