Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all restaurant areas including dining rooms, kitchens (non-cooking areas), restrooms, and common spaces.
- Sanitize all high-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and fixtures to maintain public health standards.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly, restocking supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the premises.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces to ensure streak-free appearance.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a tidy and safe manner.
- Support special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning specific areas or equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed before the restaurant opens for service.
