Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
