Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to operational standards.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they understand policies, procedures, and service expectations.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service timing, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste to control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on scheduling, performance reviews, and operational improvements.
  • Handle cash management, point-of-sale systems, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and commitment to excellence.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
