Job Description

Shoprite in Ha Sekake, Quthing, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Worker to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items, including hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and beverages, according to company standards and customer requests.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to minimize waste.
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Ensure all food safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all products meet Shoprite's standards before serving.
