Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with all customers entering the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Accurately process sales transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas during evening hours.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving deliveries and organizing stock.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
