Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product location, information, and purchasing decisions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging product displays, and ensuring proper signage.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise, and contribute to stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, hygiene, and age-restricted sales.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily sales targets, operational goals, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
