Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising directives and planograms with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure all products are adequately stocked, faced, and priced correctly on shelves.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized sales floor, including stockrooms and display areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify stock discrepancies, and assist with stock rotation.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring they are eye-catching and compliant with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product location and inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with store management and colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improved product placement and display to enhance the customer journey.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the store environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a retail environment, ideally within a merchandising or stock-focused role.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical stamina to handle stock, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
