Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of planograms and visual merchandising directives to ensure optimal product presentation.
- Maintain accurate product signage, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and organized according to store standards.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and display needs.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to merchandising and store operations.
- Assist customers with product location and basic inquiries when needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and pricing.
