Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers, identifying their needs and preferences for electronic products.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and specifications clearly.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driven by both base salary and commission.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of current promotions, pricing, and product inventory.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-merchandised, clean, and inviting, adhering to company visual standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sale support.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in electronics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong understanding and enthusiasm for consumer electronics products and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Previous experience working with product specific warranties and financing options.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) is an asset.
