Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Restock shelves, rotate products, and ensure all items are correctly priced and displayed.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe sales floor, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage spaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
