Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the Store Manager in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a positive team environment.
- Contribute to maintaining appealing visual merchandising and ensuring high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular counts.
- Help achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through effective team guidance and active sales floor presence.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed, accurately handling cash transactions and daily reports.
