Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data relevant to various risk categories (operational, credit, market, reputational, and strategic).
- Learn and apply basic risk assessment methodologies, frameworks, and tools under the supervision of senior risk professionals.
- Support the preparation of accurate and timely risk reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development programs to deepen understanding of banking products, processes, and associated risks.
- Contribute to the documentation and update of risk control procedures and policies to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
- Collaborate effectively with different departments across the bank to understand their operations, identify potential risk exposures, and promote a culture of risk awareness.
- Conduct research on emerging industry risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management to inform internal strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the efficient functioning of the Risk Management department.
