Career.zycto is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Roofers to join our network of leading construction and roofing partners. As a Roofer, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Your day-to-day will involve working at heights, handling a variety of materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, EPDM, TPO, and more, all while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. We are looking for individuals who are not only technically proficient but also excellent communicators, capable of understanding instructions, collaborating with colleagues, and potentially interacting professionally with clients or site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace various types of roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
- Inspect roof surfaces to determine the extent of damage or deterioration and provide accurate assessments.
- Prepare roof surfaces for new installations, including removing old roofing materials and debris.
- Cut and fit roofing materials to specific shapes and sizes.
- Apply waterproof sealants and protective coatings.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, especially when working at heights.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and potentially clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Perform general labour duties as required to support roofing projects.

- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proven experience in roofing installation and repair
- Strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques
