Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Roofer to join our expanding team, delivering exceptional roofing solutions across Richmond upon Thames and the wider London area. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute new roof installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks efficiently and to high standards.
  • Inspect roofing systems to determine the cause of leaks or other damage and propose effective solutions.
  • Install and repair various roofing materials, including slate, tile, felt, single-ply, and EPDM.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment, maintaining them in good working order.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating progress and any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Roofer (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficiency in various roofing techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations or equivalent.
  • CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
  • Experience with lead work and specialist roofing systems.
  • First Aid certification.
