Join a dedicated team as a Rubber Factory Worker, playing a vital role in our manufacturing operations located in the bustling Metrotown area of Burnaby. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor various rubber manufacturing machinery (mixers, extruders, presses, molders).
  • Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Follow production schedules and instructions to meet daily output targets.
  • Load and unload materials and products from machines.
  • Trim, finish, and package rubber products according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production flow.

Required Skills
