Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various rubber manufacturing machinery (mixers, extruders, presses, molders).
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Follow production schedules and instructions to meet daily output targets.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines.
- Trim, finish, and package rubber products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production flow.
