Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Career.zycto’s services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment consultants, to optimize sales strategies and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment, HR solutions, or a service-based industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
