Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products or services with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, receiving, and tagging merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new products, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role (at least 6 months).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
