Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage consulting engagements from initial assessment through to successful implementation and post-project review.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify key client challenges, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop tailored strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps to address client needs and drive desired outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders, fostering consensus and buy-in.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external client personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring delivery of high-quality results.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base and intellectual capital.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship building.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role.
