Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements from initial assessment through to successful implementation and post-project review.
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify key client challenges, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop tailored strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps to address client needs and drive desired outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders, fostering consensus and buy-in.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external client personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring delivery of high-quality results.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base and intellectual capital.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role.
