Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for Corporate Accounts (B2B) to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth. This pivotal role involves identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key corporate clients across the region, driving the adoption of Flow’s innovative telecommunications and ICT solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our corporate client base, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

The Sales Executive will be instrumental in identifying key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their unique challenges, and proposing tailored telecommunications and ICT solutions that drive their business forward. This involves a deep dive into client operations, collaboration with technical teams to design bespoke solutions, and presenting compelling proposals that highlight a clear return on investment. The successful candidate will navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact and needs analysis through to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure. Post-sale, you will maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, cementing Flow’s position as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients within Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to effectively position Flow’s portfolio of products and services.
- Conduct compelling presentations and proposals tailored to corporate client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads and promote Flow's services.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the corporate market and sales processes.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
