Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and financing options.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and current promotions.
- Ensure store merchandise is well-stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
