Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with prospective lottery clients, including government agencies and lottery corporations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through virtual meetings, presentations, and regular communication.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions from Pollard Banknote's product and service portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations, legal) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Attend virtual team meetings and participate in occasional in-person industry conferences or client visits as required (estimated 10-20% travel).
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a solutions-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation, discipline, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
