Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring all client information and sales activities are accurately recorded.
  • Assist with the coordination of sales appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications.
  • Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales professional when necessary.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of services or products by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and report on progress to support sales forecasting.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by identifying process improvements and contributing to team projects.
  • Participate in training sessions and continually develop knowledge of products, services, and sales strategies.
